Spring Festival & Music Gala

The spring season was greeted by Modernites with the Spring Festival and Music Gala. Held on 17^th May, these inter-house competitions included activities like Poem Recitation, Joke Telling, Singing and Fresh Flower and Dry Arrangement Competitions. In the English Poem Recitation Competition Umar House got 1st, Ali House got 2nd and Siddique House got the 3rd position. In Urdu Poem Recitation again Umar House stood 1st while Ali House got both the 2nd & 3rd positions. In Joke Telling, Usman House got 1st, Siddique House 2nd and Ali House got the 3rd position while in Singing Competition Ali House stood 1st, Usman House 2nd and Siddique House bagged the 3rd position. Fresh Flower and Dry Arrangement Competitions were also held.

In the seniors category of the former Zanib House stood 1st, Fatima House 2nd while Ayesha House got the 3^rd position. In the Sub-Seniors category Fatima Surriya Bajiya, Bano Qudsia and Parveen Shakir Houses got 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions respectively.

In Dry Arrangement Competition, Khadija House got 1st, Fatima House 2nd and Ayesha House got 3rd position. In sub-seniors, Bano Qudsia House stood 1st, Fatima Surriya Bajiya 2nd and Parveen Shakir got 3rd position.

Prizes and certificates were awarded to all the position holders and their performance was admired by all.
